Accessibility statement
Praxia aims for a website that every clinician, practice manager and patient can use. This page says what the site offers, where we know we fall short and how to get help.

Our aim
We aim for a website that works without a mouse, works with assistive technology such as screen readers, and is written in plain language. That is a target we work towards, not a claim that every page is perfect.
Praxia Clinical Solutions is an Australian company, currently in incorporation. This statement covers the Praxia marketing website. It does not describe the clinical product itself, whose status is on our product status page.
What the site supports
These are the things we build for and look after on this site:
- Keyboard use. Menus, buttons and links can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a visible marker showing where you are.
- Screen readers. Headings follow a logical order, links say where they go, and images have a plain description.
- Not relying on colour. In the product screenshots on this site, appointment status is shown as words as well as colour.
- Plain language. We write for busy clinicians and practice managers, without jargon where we can avoid it.
We test the site regularly and fix the problems we find. Those tests are our own, not a certification or a third party audit, so please tell us if something does not work for you.
Known limitations
We would rather list the gaps than hide them. None of these is a reason to avoid contacting us; we can help another way.
- Embedded forms. Our request and contact forms are hosted by our CRM provider and are not fully under our control. We have not been able to confirm that every control, label and error message in them meets level AA. If a form does not work for you, email us and we will take your details another way.
- Escape and the form dialog. While your keyboard focus is inside an embedded form, the Escape key does not close the walkthrough form dialog, because the form is hosted by another provider and the page cannot see the key press. Use Shift+Tab to reach the Close button, then press Escape or Enter.
- Images. Our images are photographs of the pilot clinic, screenshots of a demo clinic with invented data, and diagrams made from those screenshots. We do not use AI-generated images. Each has a plain description in its alt text, and the alt text repeats any words shown inside a diagram. If you would prefer a page without images, tell us.
- PDFs. Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible, for example in their reading order or tagging. We can send the same content in another format on request.
These habits come from building software that clinicians use in a busy room, where clarity matters more than polish.
What we are doing about it
We check pages again when they change, and we fix problems we find in our own content and templates. For the embedded forms, we can raise issues with the provider, but we cannot promise that they will be changed, and we will not describe them as accessible until we have confirmed it. We set no dates for this work. If you find a problem we have not listed, that is useful to us, and we would like to hear about it.
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot use part of this site, or you need information in a different format, email info@praxiaclinical.com, call 02 4077 2942 or send a text message to 0468 272 942. It helps if you tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to share anything about your health.
A person at Praxia reads the messages we receive about accessibility. We will tell you what we can do and, if we cannot fix something, we will say so plainly. We do not promise a response time. If you have asked for an alternative format, we will confirm with you what we can provide before we send it.
If you are not satisfied
If our reply does not resolve the problem, you can raise it with the Australian Human Rights Commission, which handles complaints about disability discrimination.
