Who we are

This website is operated by Praxia Clinical Solutions, an Australian business currently in incorporation. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Praxia Clinical Solutions. We will update these terms with the legal entity name once incorporation is complete.

What this website is

praxiaclinical.com is our marketing and information website. It describes Praxia, a practice management product for Australian allied health clinics, and it publishes guides, a downloadable checklist, an enquiry and booking facility, and our privacy policy.

These terms apply to your use of this website only. They do not set out the terms on which a clinic subscribes to or uses the Praxia product. Those are agreed separately, in writing.

General information only

Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical, clinical or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Our guides and the downloadable checklist are general information to help you think through a topic such as consent, referrals or moving from another system. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, your professional body, your insurer or a lawyer. You are responsible for deciding what is right for your clinic and your patients.

Praxia does not provide clinical services, and nothing here is a clinical recommendation.

Do not send patient information

Please do not put patient information or any other health information in our forms, booking requests or emails. We do not need it to respond to an enquiry, and this website is not designed to receive it. If you send it by mistake, tell us at info@praxiaclinical.com and we will deal with it as our privacy policy describes.

Accuracy and the status of features

The pages on this website describe a product that is in pilot. Features may be incomplete, may change, or may not be available yet. Nothing on this website is a warranty, promise or guarantee that a feature exists, will work in a particular way, or will be delivered by a particular date. Our product status page shows what is built, what is in progress and what is planned, and it is the best guide to the current position.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Please check anything that matters to you with us before you rely on it.

Pricing

Any prices or plan descriptions shown on this website are a guide. They are subject to the written terms agreed with a clinic, and they may change. A price on this website is not an offer that you can accept by using the site.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The text, design, layout, illustrations and logos on this website, and the downloadable checklist, belong to us or are used with permission. Our Praxia name and logo are ours.

You may view the website, and you may download, print and share the checklist for your own clinic’s internal use, as long as you keep it unchanged and keep our name on it. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the page. You must not sell or republish our content, remove our name from it, or present it as your own. If you want to use something in another way, ask us first.

Third-party links

Our pages may link to other websites, for example professional bodies, regulators, our Instagram profile and the sites we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Embedded forms and booking

The contact, walkthrough and early access forms, and the booking facility, are provided by a third-party provider and are shown inside our pages. When you use them, your details go to that provider. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, who holds it and where, including that the provider hosts it overseas, and it applies to what you submit. The provider may also have its own terms.

Limits on our liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees or any other right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, or from the website being unavailable, including any indirect or consequential loss. Where a guarantee that cannot be excluded applies and the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Acceptable use

When you use this website you must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s information
• introduce malware or do anything that disrupts or overloads the site
• use automated tools to copy the site or submit forms in bulk
• submit false, misleading or abusive content, or someone else’s personal information without their permission

We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
