See the Praxia cockpit: a guided demo
This page is a demonstration of the Praxia cockpit, the app your team uses each day. Everything shown is sample data: the clinic, the patients, the appointments and the amounts are all invented.
Read, watch or listen below. If you would like to see it with your own clinic in mind, ask for a walkthrough.
Learn your way
Explore the cockpit
Six areas, in the order a clinic day tends to follow. Select an area to open it. Each one has a short example built from sample data. How a screen looks can change as the pilot product is refined.
Today view: the day’s schedule
The day at a glance, one column per clinician, with each appointment’s status in words and colour.
Who benefits: Front desk and the clinician starting the day.
Illustrative example, sample data
Example Physio Clinic. One sample clinician shown.
Patient record and notes
The patient record and the visit note, written in four sections that save as you go. The clinician decides when a note is final. The pilot includes an AI scribe that drafts clinical notes for the clinician to review and sign, in the pilot release, not yet generally available.
Who benefits: The clinician.
Illustrative example, sample data
Sample patient A, visit note
- Subjective
- Sample text: reports stiffness when climbing stairs.
- Objective
- Sample text: movement is limited at the end of range.
- Assessment
- Sample text: assessment written by the clinician.
- Plan
- Sample text: home exercises and a review visit.
Claiming and payments
A visit becomes an invoice, and payment is recorded against it. Private health fund claiming and card payments at the front desk are part of the pilot product.
Who benefits: Practice owner and billing staff.
Illustrative example, sample data
Invoice draft, sample patient B
Sample amounts only. Claiming and card payments are part of the pilot product.
Reactivation and recall
Patients whose visits have stopped are grouped by the time since they last attended, using rules the clinic sets. Recall and reactivation are part of the pilot product, and every patient’s opt-outs are honoured.
Who benefits: The owner, and marketing or front desk staff.
Illustrative example, sample data
Recall groups, by time since last visit
The clinic sets the rules for each group.
Reports
A reports page that can be filtered by date and by clinician, covering measures such as bookings per day, no-show rate, new patients and lapsed patients.
Who benefits: The owner, and practice managers.
Illustrative example, sample data
Bookings per day (illustrative bars, no real figures)

Listen: the voice-over
This is the voice-over for the walkthrough, written out in full.
Scene 1, Today view. Start the day in the Today view. It shows the day’s appointments for each clinician, with a status in words and colour, so the front desk and the clinician can see who is booked and who has arrived.
Scene 2, Patient record and notes. Open a patient record and write the visit note in four sections. Notes save as you go, and the clinician decides when the note is final. The pilot includes an AI scribe that drafts clinical notes for the clinician to review and sign, in the pilot release, not yet generally available.
Scene 3, Claiming and payments. At the front desk, a visit becomes an invoice, and payment is recorded against it. Private health fund claiming and card payments at the front desk are part of the pilot product, and each clinic is switched on during onboarding.
Scene 4, Reactivation and recall. Recall and reactivation are part of the pilot product. Patients whose visits have stopped are grouped by the time since they last attended, using rules the clinic sets, so staff can see who has stopped coming. Every patient’s opt-outs are honoured.
Scene 5, Reports. Owners and practice managers get a reports page that can be filtered by date and by clinician. It covers measures such as bookings per day, no-show rate, new patients and lapsed patients, so the owner can see how the practice is running.
Scene 6, Try it. That is the cockpit. If you would like to try it yourself, request a walkthrough from this page. Everything you saw was a demonstration with sample data, not a real clinic or a real patient, so a walkthrough is the best way to see how it fits your clinic.
