What early access means
Praxia is a pilot with Evolution Medical Care, a clinic run by Praxia’s founders, and is being onboarded to it now.
Early access is a list, not a trial. Joining it means:
- We will contact you, by email, when we are able to onboard more clinics.
- We may ask about your clinic type and the system you use now, so we can see where Praxia is a good fit.
- You are not committing to anything and you do not pay anything to join.
- We cannot yet say when we will open to more clinics, and joining does not reserve a place or a price.

The form asks for your name, email, clinic type and current system. By ticking the consent box you agree to be contacted about Praxia, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Please do not include patient information in the notes.

What you can expect to hear from us
We will not send a stream of marketing. We will contact you when there is something concrete: Praxia can onboard another clinic, or a capability you asked about is ready. Until then we may send an occasional note about guides we publish. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
What Praxia offers, and what is still being built
- Built: schedule, SOAP notes with sign-off, owner reports, recall cohorts, and clinician-approved AI-drafted referral letters.
- Recall cohorts are built. Recall and reactivation messaging is set up clinic by clinic in the pilot, and private health fund rebate claiming and card payments at the front desk through Tyro Health.
- Medicare, DVA and NDIS: in scope for the platform but not part of the early pilot release, and may arrive during the pilot or, more likely, before commercial release; tell us if they matter to your clinic.
- Pricing: per practitioner per month, in Australian dollars, excluding GST, stepping down as a clinic grows. See the pricing page for the full table.
