Pilot offer

The offer

1. 30 day free trial. The trial starts once a person from Praxia has completed your onboarding (the guided set-up session and the load check). Nothing is charged and no card is needed.
2. Then, if you agree, 5 months at half price (the pilot clinic offer). Paid months are opt-in. For 5 months you pay half of the list price for your clinic size, per practitioner per month, excluding GST.
3. Then the list price. After the half price months you pay the list price shown on the pricing page.
4. Invoiced month by month. No minimum term. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month.
5. What is included. The same product as at list price, including the features described as part of the pilot product. Payment processing and claiming fees, SMS charges and other pass-through costs are not included, as set out on the pricing page.
6. No promise of results. We do not promise any increase in revenue or any other outcome from using Praxia.

Trial terms

• No card is needed to start the trial.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. If you leave, or the trial lapses, you have 60 days to export your records, then they are deleted from the live system. You are responsible for keeping the records your profession requires.
• At least 7 days before the trial ends we tell you in writing, with the amount. Paid months start only if you agree in writing. Otherwise your access ends and nothing is charged.
• Use made-up example records only until onboarding is complete. The product is pre-pilot.

What you would pay

Prices are per practitioner per month, in Australian dollars, and exclude GST. Clinics with 21 or more practitioners are priced on application.
