Practice management for acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinics
Praxia gives an acupuncture or Chinese medicine practice one place for the diary, the visit note, follow-up and reporting, so the work around treatment sits in one system.
What this kind of practice spends its admin time on
Praxia is built to reduce admin around the diary, the visit note and follow-up.
Praxia is built around those gaps. It is not an acupuncture-specific product. It is practice management for Australian allied health, built with a working clinic.
The diary and the roster
Each clinician has a day view and a week view as a schedule grid, with appointment statuses in words as well as colour.
Rosters are set by the week and copied forward, with clashes flagged before they become double bookings.
Notes and intake
Visit notes are written in SOAP sections that autosave, warn on edit conflicts, keep an edit history, and cannot be signed off until your clinic’s rules are met.
Patients can complete intake forms online before they arrive, and the answers land in their record.
The SOAP note editor is general. It does not include acupuncture or Chinese medicine specific templates. If you rely on particular record fields, ask us in a walkthrough before assuming it fits.
Patients who stop coming
Patients whose visits stop are grouped into recall cohorts by time since they last attended, using rules your clinic sets. An attrition log shows staff which lapsed patients need a personal call. Recall and reactivation are being switched on with pilot clinics.
